Floating Dock Repair using Belzona 4141 Magma-Build

A section of concrete on the floating dock had deteriorated and broken away, exposing the underlying styrofoam flotation core and allowing it to escape into the surrounding water. The root cause of the deterioration was not determined, but the exposed foam began contaminating the area, creating an environmental concern that required prompt attention. Left unaddressed, the damage would have continued to spread, allowing further loss of flotation material and expanding the contaminated area
Heat Exchanger Emergency Repair

Heat Exchanger had failed, hot water was leaking from the flange. Capitol budget had this unit costing the plant over $500,000 to replace. The heat exchanger is still in service 6 years after the project was completed saving the plant a tremendous amount of money.
Cold Bonding Steel Platform to Concrete Roof

AT&T needed to install a new rooftop steel platform at a hotel in Redmond, Washington to support 5G cellular antenna equipment. During pre-installation planning, a review of the structural drawings combined with a ground-penetrating scan of the roof slab revealed a dense network of post-tension cables, electrical conduit, and reinforcing steel running directly beneath every proposed anchor location. Drilling mechanical anchors through the slab presented an unacceptable risk of striking a post-tension tendon, which would have compromised the structural integrity of the occupied hotel below and triggered costly emergency repairs. Without a reliable non-penetrating attachment method, the installation faced redesign, relocation, or outright cancellation at this site.
Eastern Washington Potato Plant Impeller Repair

A potato processing facility was losing pump performance on their transfer line impellers within weeks of installation. The combination of potato starch, silt, and abrasive particulate in the slurry was aggressively eroding the impeller vanes and shrouds, opening up clearances and reducing flow rates. The plant was cycling through replacement impellers at significant cost, and every swap meant shutting down the processing line.
